Terms of Service

By submitting an order, you confirm that you own the submitted content or have permission to request download assistance for it.

One link per order

Each order supports one Baidu Pan or Quark link only. Multiple links require multiple orders.

Pricing and payment proof

You are responsible for choosing the correct file-size package. Paid orders require valid proof: sender name for Bank/MoMo or transaction ID for BEP20 crypto.

Order review

Orders may be confirmed, rejected, or completed manually. We may reject invalid links, incorrect packages, invalid payment proof, or content that appears unlawful or inaccessible.

Delivery

Completed orders are delivered or communicated through the email address submitted in the order form.
