Order tracking guide
Every order has a private tracking link. Save that link after creating your order because it is the easiest way to check progress.
Pending review
The order has been submitted and is waiting for manual review. For paid packages, payment proof has not been confirmed yet.
Payment confirmed
The payment proof has been accepted. The order is ready to be processed manually.
Rejected
The order was not accepted. Common reasons include invalid proof, wrong file-size package, inaccessible link, or a link that cannot be supported.
Completed
The order has been processed. Check the email address submitted in the order form for delivery information.
When to contact support
If your tracking page has not changed after a reasonable time, contact support with your order ID and tracking link.
