Can I submit more than one link?
No. Each order supports one Baidu Pan or Quark link only. Create another order for another link.
How long will the download link be available?
Due to Google Drive's privacy and copyright policies, please download the file within 3 days of completing your order. After 3 days, I will not be responsible for or provide warranty if the link becomes dead.
Do I need to calculate the total download volume to choose a package?
Yes, I have the right to refuse your order if you declare an incorrect download package. If you only need to download one file from the link, and that link is a folder, please let me know in advance via my fanpage or Telegram: nhutho1992
Is there a free package?
Yes. Links under 100 MB are free, but they still go through manual review.
What file sizes are supported?
The listed packages cover links under 15 GB. Larger files are not listed in the current public pricing table.
Which payment methods are supported?
Paid orders support Bank transfer, MoMo, and BEP20 crypto proof.
What should I write as payment proof?
For Bank and MoMo, enter the sender name. For crypto, paste the BEP20 transaction ID.
How do I track my order?
After submitting the order, copy the private tracking link. It shows pending review, payment confirmed, rejected, or completed.
Why was my order rejected?
Common reasons include inaccessible links, invalid proof, wrong package selection, missing information, or unsupported content.
How will I receive the file?
The completed file or delivery information will be sent to the email address submitted in the form.
Can I change my email after submitting?
Contact support with your order ID and tracking link as soon as possible.
Can I submit copyrighted or restricted content?
No. Only submit files you own, created, licensed, or have permission to access.
